Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. OVERVIEW 
We at OMKAR BALAJI PEARLS understand that online shopping for jewelry requires trust. We have designed our return policy to ensure peace of mind, subject to specific terms regarding return fees and timelines.

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY & TIMELINE
•⁠  ⁠24-Hour Notification Window: You must notify us of your intent to return a product within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. You can contact us via Email at omkarbalajipearls@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 9030066146. Requests made after this 24-hour window may not be accepted.
•⁠  ⁠Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.
•⁠  ⁠Exclusions are: * International Orders: Orders shipped outside India are Non-Returnable. * Customized Orders: Items specifically made as per customer request are not eligible for return. * Store Purchases: Items bought offline from the Omkar Balaji Store cannot be returned via the website.

3. RETURN PROCESS 
Once your return request is approved:
•⁠  ⁠Pickup: We will arrange a return pickup from your address within 2 working days.
•⁠  ⁠Self-Ship: If your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you will be requested to self-ship the product to our Hyderabad address. You will be responsible for the safety of the product until it reaches us.

4. REFUND POLICY 
Once your return is received and inspected at our store (usually within 2 working days of receipt), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
•⁠  ⁠Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed.
•⁠  ⁠Timeline: The refund will be initiated within 3 working days after approval. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days (depending on your bank's processing time).

5. RETURN FEES (IMPORTANT) 
Please note that a Return Fee is applicable on all returns to cover forward shipping, packaging, insurance, and payment gateway charges borne by us.
•⁠  ⁠Fee Amount: Ranges from Rs. 300 to Rs. 1500 per product for orders valued up to Rs. 15,000.
•⁠  ⁠High Value: For orders above Rs. 15,000, the fee may be higher and will be confirmed by customer support.
•⁠  ⁠This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY
•⁠  ⁠Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the product has been dispatched, whichever is earlier. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.
•⁠  ⁠After Dispatch: If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or accept it and follow the Return Process (Return Fees will apply).

7. EXCHANGES 
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at omkarbalajipearls@gmail.com. The replacement product will be dispatched and delivered within 7 to 9 business days after we receive, inspect and approve the returned item.
